UNIQUEOR Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to deliver exceptional e-commerce website development services. This policy details the conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available if we fail to start your project within the agreed timeline and no work has commenced.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations before project completion, proportional to uncompleted work.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Payments for completed deliverables (e.g., approved designs, coded pages) are non-refundable.
  • Advance payments or deposits become non-refundable once work begins.

3. Cancellation Process

  • Clients may cancel a project by submitting a written request to info@uniqueor.com.
  • Cancellation fees will apply based on the value of work completed (e.g., 30% of total cost if design phase is done).
  • We may cancel a project for non-payment (after 15 days overdue) or breach of Terms, with no refund for work already done.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds exclude third-party fees (e.g., bank charges).

5. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical outages.
